So, there I am, reading cheezburger like everyone else and think "Hmmm, that rather looks like where I was over the weekend." So I read the little blurb underneath and the dog's name is the same as the one I met. So I google a little and sure enough, that was them.
For someone who had never been exposed to furries before, she handled everything really well. As did her dog. He's a real sweetheart and delighted me by nearly knocking me over with his enthusiasm to be petted.
The photos on cheezburger aren't nearly as delightful as Nikon Lion's. I really don't understand anyone who wouldn't want to hang around such bright and colorful characters. As a general rule they are all wonderful people who are kind, polite, love animals, and very willing to open their wallets and support charities that help animals.
