how do you get those pictures so small? Do you do it yourself? I know! you set the dryer on high/hot and they shrink, right?

Actually, I use a graphics editor called GIMP, find a picture I like and then see if I can
select an area that looks good and is a multiple of 40x23 pixels. When I'm satified with the selection, I scale the image down to 40x23. Scaling the image is easy. Cutting out each one with an exacto knife is the hard part.
