The book about the Osho Rajneesh cult is fascinating. I remember mentions of it in the news back in the mid-1980s, specifically their attempt at infecting citizens with salmonella and the wire-tapping of the town. I did not remember, or perhaps never knew, about the sexual exploitation of minors that went on. The book is extremely well written, which is extra impressive as the author had little formal schooling until she left the cult at age 16.

I have a vague memory about that cult, but I missed the attempted poisonings. That's some nasty stuff!
