It's been a busy week but I'm not sure I'm awake enough to tell you about it this morning. I need more coffee but I'r rather like to be done with this before the boss gets in.

I know I owe a ton of thank yous for birthday wishes, particularly to the wonderful

maddiec24 and the manager at Trader Joe's who gave me the gorgeous orchid on the second scrapbook page.

Wow, I really can't think this morning. At least not more than random words about what I did over the past week. Laundry. Ingress. Suspecting that I have worn out a bearing on my exercise bike and that the warranty has probably expired. Biking anyway and wondering how much louder biking will become as time goes on and the problem gets worse. Going to Knitting Guild and being given a big shopping bag of scrap yarn for my cat beds, which was good was I was down to having enough to finish only two more beds. (Oh, and

jennlk, I have already used up 95% of the yarn you gave me.) Speaking of Guild, last night was another Make & Take night, this time featuring crochet. Our president was visibly surprised at how many of us raised our hands when she asked who knew how to crochet. I'd say three-quarters of us can, which made finding someone to ask for help with the project easy for those who didn't know how. The project was a simple thin long beaded necklace. Mine is green cord with orange beads, perfect for St. Patrick's Day.
