Clothes shopping

Last night I recorded CBC's Marketplace as I caught a commercial that indicated it would be about fast fashion and what happens to unwanted clothing. Marketplace reported that most people buy 70 pieces of clothing each year. Does that seem right to you?

As said above, if they're counting socks and shoes and stuff you buy for kids, yes. I mean, I don't buy all that much for myself but I bought quite a lot of T shirts as Christmas presents, and replaced some of my underwear and socks. It soon adds up!
