I'm on my sixth rereading of Astolat's Life Sentence so I figured it was deserving of a recommendation. Slash, of course, and fandom is the Fast and Furious Series (with a bit of a twist), and holy cats is it ever good.

Thank you SO much for this rec! It's not my fandom at all, but I recognized the writer's name, and I am SO glad I read the story. I'd intended just to give it a glance this morning and save it for later, but I ended up glued to the monitor instead! You've excellent taste, and I really appreciate the recommendation!

You are *most* welcome. I'm delighted you took the time to read it and to tell me you had done so. FF is not my fandom either (well, perhaps that ought to be "it wasn't my fandom until I read Life Sentence), but I saw who wrote it and gave it a go. I told Astolat I may spend the rest of the year wallowing in her story and seeing as I'm on my something like 19th rereading, I think that may have been an accurate assessment. I just love so much about this, two smart strong guys thrown together and chemistry that just sparks off the page.
