Missed the Tiki Party *Again*

I can't believe I missed another one. This time we had the invite in hand early enough that we didn't have any scheduling conflicts. That is, until (a) work decided it was time to move to new office space, (b) we agreed to help (believing that we'd be done early in the day and still be able to attend the party), and (c) the start of the move was delayed for four or five hours. That put us four or five hours behind schedule from the get-go; and meant we were at work from 9:00 this morning until 11:00 p.m. I am *so* freaking tired it's not funny.

The move is far from over. Today's goal was to move the big equipment and get the office's computer system back online. The big stuff is moved but the computers weren't able to talk to the rest of the net when we called it a night.

Tomorrow's one of my family reunions and we're taking the day off from moving. Come Monday though, we'll resume hauling boxes. Good thing we have until September 30th to be out. It may take that long.
