Unintended meanings
I was flipping through one of the trade rags we get at the office when my eye fell upon this ad:
My first thought?
So *that's* why they're so noisy!
(In Maxtor's defense, their drives may have improved since the last time I bought one. But after two drives that produced such a high-pitched whine I couldn't stand to be in the same room with them, I don't feel any desire to spend my money on a third.)
