It's "Susie's Hand." Probably from dafont or one of its kin. For other handwriting fonts, have you seen the various Pea fonts -- Pea Ally, Pea Amy, etc., etc? I think there are 50 or so... http://kevinandamanda.com/fonts/fontsforpeas/ -- that looks vaguely familiar.
