Time FAIL

Jebra says "Time is nature's way of preventing everything from happening all at once." So why is that events I really, really, REALLY want to attend end happen at the same time and miles apart?

Penguicon is April 30 - May 2.

Godfather IV is May 2.

Godfather IV sounds interesting, but...umm...you are going to Penguicon, yes? I have that weekend off & was planning to go. If it weren't for the fact that I just spent the equivalent of an entire paycheck on State taxes, the cost of airfare, etc. I'd say we hop a plane for New York & catch one of the performances. Ah well.

Yes, I will be at Penguicon. We even have a hotel room.

But if someone would get around to inventing Star Trekian transporter systems, I would attend both. I'm sure I could spare a few hours for the performance and a meal with folk I know through LJ and DW but have never met before.

I hope to see you at Penguicon. Knowing me, I'll be there with my camera and knitting. :-)
