Felting wool, again
Oct. 15th, 2007 06:24 pmThe first piece I felted by hand was 19"x23" before felting and measured 16"x16" afterwards. The second piece was 9.75"x11" before felting. After boiling for 5 minutes, it measured 9"x10". The texture wasn't what I wanted -- I thought the definition of the stitches would be indistinct. I was wrong, as you can see ( here. )
