Space Station & Space Shuttle

The Space Station and Space Shuttle were visible in my part of the world last night and again tonight. jebra and I walked over to the elementary school playground that's around the corner from our house both nights. The pair were higher in the sky last night and considerably brighter, but it was neat being able to see them two nights in a row.

Have a peek at NASA's Satellite Sighting Information for Michigan. There are several more opportunities coming up. I'm particularly interested in some of the ones coming up this week, where the shuttle will be separated from the space station. There's something extra cool about watching one chase the other across the sky.
