I just typed out a lengthy description of what's been going on and had it disappear from my screen.

I'll give the tldr; highlights:

The city is satisfied with what we've done with the yard. We still need to decide what to do about the pond.

The new sink and faucet are great. We need another plumbing repair though -- the plumber tells me the risers need to be replaced as they are so full of sediment hot water isn't getting through.

Jebra went to Elkhart Indiana and worked the Jazz Festival. He had fun even though it was hot and humid at the outdoor stages.

I'm glad that the yard is good and that the new sink is good. Sorry to hear about the additional plumbing needed. Such a pain in the butt!
