As you can see, this was a very busy weekend and a good one at that. Watching those videos was a great way to spend my Monday even though it was difficult juggling them and the calls coming in from my job. I managed though, and I very much enjoyed everything I saw.
Meanwhile, I finished my third cat bed so I'm back on track for 52 in 2025. I have a knit hat started as well, but I've made zero progress on it in the past couple weeks. It is up here on my little desk taunting me but I don't pick it up to knit fearing if I do I'll fall behind on crocheting cat beds.
I'm also reading a ton of fanfic (as usual), trying to stay up-to-date on LJ and DW, and reading real books on my tablet. I'm currently reading In Dog We Trust by Neil S. Plakcy. My previous book was The Wrong Sort To Die by Paula Harmon which is set up in the build up to World War One. Both have given me much to think about, as did The Color Purple. Unfortunately, all three have given me reasons to distrust the people with political power here in our country.
