I enjoyed listening to the Swing Syndicate Big Band but I was very happy to spend the concert inside Mike's house. My stomach got very unhappy on the way to the concert so I felt a lot safer staying near the bathroom.

My stomach gets upset when my stress level gets too high and I think that was the cause. I'd joined my Sunday craft room for a couple of hours before it was time to leave for the rehearsal. No problems there, other than stress from keeping an eye on the clock to make sure I was ready to go at 1:00 when Jebra told me we'd be leaving. Well, he was running late and my stress level went up as I washed the breakfast dishes and fed the cat before putting on my shoes. I'm pretty sure I was the first one out of the house.

Earlier in the week we'd recursed our Ingress accounts and gotten back up Level 7. Jebra wants us to reach Level 8 before we returned home, so I spent the ride to the rehearsal playing Ingress as intently as possible. I have a history with car sickness being triggered by reading in the car, not playing Ingress, but I think staring at my screen is what was the final straw as far as my stomach was concerned. It took a while to settle down, but it did eventually and I was able to Drone Hack my way to Level 8, and have a burger and beans and potato chips and Key Lime Pie along with everyone else.

If you guys haven't read Frozen Eden yet, go out and do so. It really is a good story. I finished it sooner than I thought I would as I honestly could not stop reading it. My next book was The Nigerian Prince: When the scammer becomes the scammed which I do not recommend. It is supposed to be a true story, but I have my doubts and if L. Toshua Parker is telling the truth, I don't like him much. The only good thing I can say about the book is that it is a quick read. Next up is Nic Saint's Purrfect Cruise.

In crafting news, I brought my knitting with me on Sunday but between Ingress and feeling sick, I only managed a few rows on my hat. Last night I finished another cat bed, which reminds me I need to call the president of the knitting guild as she has questions about them.
