I am not enjoying the return to cold temperatures. This may be because I've been too stubborn to switch from shorts to leggings. Or it may just be because I hate being cold.

Our boss has COVID. So far both Jebra and I are well. I want to get my COVID booster as soon as possible but I am having zero luck getting onto the schedule at Meijer's as the site won't let me log in. After I finish typing this I'm going to call their help desk.

I hope you and your husband continue to stay negative. I don't know how hard it is to sign-up for the booster down here. I haven't tried yet. I want to get it with my flu shot so I need to wait until October. I've never stopped wearing a mask and I try to to stay away from people as much as possible. I don't go out much anyway. I wobder if I'm ever going to get my life back. It would be nice to trave,neat ij a restaurant or go out to eat.

I found a study that says there may be a good reason to put some time (amount of time unknown) between vaccinations for best results. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8473051/ ) That's what we're going to do, COVID first, flu either next week or the following (I haven't talked to Jebra about his preference yet), and RSV a week or two after that. For sure I plan to get all three.

I think it's great you never stopped wearing a mask. I stopped a month or two ago but like you I rarely go anywhere. I am kinda regretting not wearing one to Spamalot (not that I got sick, but still) as the habit of wearing one has worn off and I completely forgot about while at the grocery store last night. And that's after grumbling at Jebra for his having forgotten to wear one to band practice on Monday.

I had not heard that. Thanks for the link. They've been pusing getting them together down here. I don't know if I can get the RSV. I'm not 60 yet.

I have a friend who thinks I'm crazy for continuing to wear my mask and not eat out. She came back from Europe with COVID. I am so glad she had been vaccinated. She was really sick as it was. She would have been a lot sicker if she hadn't been. And she was able to ge the medicine they prescribe for it. I forget what it's called at the moment.
