Today's scrapbook page doesn't mention a few things. I had Friday off from work as Jebra drove down to Chicago for the University of Chicago Reunion weekend (I, of course, stayed home to care for Fiona). I was glad for the day off as I was exhausted from going to Mamma Mia and the extraordinarily long wait to get out of the parking garage. The show was excellent although I'm still fuzzy about who married whom at the end. I slept in until 2:00 pm, messed around on my laptop for a while, and eventually joined the Cranky Women on zoom.
I have no clue what I did on Saturday other than spend time on my exercise bike and read fanfic. Oh, and did a load of laundry and made a big pot of fake Lubyee.
On Sunday I met with the Minneapolis Stitch 'n Bitch group. When that was over I turned on the tv, got some of my recorded shows off the DVR, and waited for Jebra to return home.
Monday was a normal work day followed by exercise and trying to get to bed at a reasonable hour.
Last night I joined K2tog Minneapolis for a little while, then jumped on my exercise bike to watch Dr. Phil. The start of the show was preempted by a special report on the Uvalde school shooting which is how I heard about it. I'm sad for kids & families involved and disgusted with the politicians who make it easy for civilians to obtain military grade weapons and body armor.
