This was an extremely quiet week for me.

Last night was the last in-person Guild event until we are allowed back inside the church building. Turn-out was not great which was no surprise to me as it was uncomfortably cool outdoors plus it gets dark early.
I called my mom on Monday; she was okay but is fretting because my brother Rob and his wife are away on vacation and out of the state for the next three weeks. And my brother Brad may be taking a new job and mom doesn't know what he wants to do. Brad is in his late 50s, which just goes to show that a mother never stops worrying about her kids.

Date: 2020-10-01 12:11 am (UTC)I think all of us old folks are living quiet lives these days. I go to work and I come home. The big excitement in my life is phone banking on weekends and watching baseball (now that hockey is over).
