I think everyone is tired of self-isolating, but

Sunday I was in a bad mood all day, no idea why. I woke up grumpy and didn't even bother to turn on the tv. I just sat on the couch and read the news. I didn't call my mom, I made very little progress on the then-current cat bed, and didn't do much of anything until the late afternoon when we went outside to do more yard work. I thought about calling my mom but didn't want to inflict my mood upon her and didn't.
Monday and work followed by yard work. We have started to clean up the front yard (no, the back yard isn't done, but I finally noticed how bad the island with our Blue Beech looked. An amazing number of maple trees came up in the island and they had to go. Also noticed yet another mulberry growing by the corner of the house and that had to go too.
Yesterday after work we went straight home so that I could join my guild sisters for social knitting. I finished the cat bed I'd been working on over the weekend and listened as everything but actual knitting was discussed. Ravelry has given their website a face-lift and grumbled about it were heard. Turns out one of the guild members has training in typography and another in website accessibility and the changes were discussed for quite a while. I haven't been on for a few days and haven't seen what it looks like on my own computer, just screenshots on Zoom. Menus were changed too and that caused even more grumbling. I can understand that as it going to take some time to adjust to the changes. I also discovered at several guild members are or were special ed teachers and are thinking about what needs to change to keep the students and everyone else safe from COVID-19.
