And yes, I had a very good day. I talked with my new neighbor, dug paving stones out of the old pathway (the one destroyed by the builders during construction of the garage), did some laundry, finished cleaning the upstairs bathroom, and finished crocheting yet another cat bed. I also got some stuff off the DVR and learned about the show "Renegade." It must have aired in the years we didn't have a tv as I'd never even heard of it before. I still haven't seen it, mind you, but from the commercials the lead is rather pretty.
