This week was fairly normal. Laundry was washed, groceries were procured, and the work days were spent doing whatever it is I do while I'm at the office. The highlights included making Level 14 in Ingress, seeing our friends at SEMGS, Ann Arbor's TubaChristmas Concert, and then being invited to go to Hell (Hell, Michigan, that is) to have dinner with our friends

In knitting news, I started knitting a Favorite Scarf Ever for myself. The one I made for my sister-in-law took three and a half months to knit and I was hoping I'd have mine done in time for New Year's Day. Somehow I think that isn't going to happen. I took the scarf with me to last night's Black Sheep Knitting Guild meeting but I didn't get much knitting done while there as Tanya gave an in-depth presentation on two-handed knitting and I don't multi-task well when I need to pay close attention to two things simultaneously. My scarf, while a simple lace design, is still lace and I need to count and watch what I'm doing. Not to mention Tanya is a great teacher and being able to see what she was doing (she had live video of her hands projected on a screen behind her while she taught) made watching the screen imperative.
Scrapbook papers & elements from the kit The Best Is Yet To Come.
