I've seen this commercial for State Farm Insurance a bunch of times. Am I the only person who has realized that the guy is wrong about everything and that therefore his "I'm never letting go" really means I'm gonna end up divorced? Now when I watch I feel bad for him and his family.

Oh, no, I see it the same way. Really, that's the message they seem to be sending and I don't think they realize they did it. :| *hugs*

Yeah. If that's supposed to be an ironic-funny commercial, the ending is more than a little ominous.

It might not mean "I'm gonna end up divorced." It could also mean "I'm gonna drop dead of a heart attack before the kids are grown."
