Last Sunday the FCB Concert Band's annual spring concert took place at Harrison High School. Afterwards Jebra packed up his gear, bundled us into the car, and drove to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. We stopped only for dinner and fuel for the car, arriving at 3:00 in the morning. The next morning we were up at 9:00, grabbed breakfast and then got ready for my brother Rob's wedding. I thought he looked handsome and his bride, Diana, was positively radiant in her gown.

Tuesday we were up at 9:00, had breakfast, checked out of the hotel, said our goodbyes to the newlyweds, and climbed into the car. We stopped at the courthouse in Pigeon Forge to turn in the wedding license, then began the long drive home. We were home by 1:00 and I was in bed by 2:00, which was good as today's another work day and we had to be up by 8:00 at the latest.
