Can you see the resemblance?

I can definitely see a resemblance - - you and your mom look a *lot* alike. And I love your haircut. I wish mine was that length.

I see it. (Hah, hubby-I'm not the only one...)

my hubby says I must smoke crack when I say-'this person looks like grandma
or uncle Bob'. Hubby feels inclined to reply that 'yes, they have two eyes, a nose and a mouth. Very similar.'...which makes me want to smack him...

btw-I totally see the resemblance-

I like your hair-I just got mine shorter for work. Makes it easier on teh job-it's naturally curly though and where I work they have indoor waterfalls. *big sigh* so it just goes curlier-and not the way I'd like it...

I'm still amazed at how easily I can see myself in my mother and my mother in my sister. Being able to see a family resemblance may not seem to be miraculous to most people -- but I was adopted out of the family as an infant and never looked like anyone else until I found my birth family.
