Surgery is over. The lump was cancerous but still don't know what kind. Since they do not know they removed the lobe. They also sampled the other lymph nodes outside the lobe to make sure it was not trying to spread.

Oh, no! I'm so sorry to hear this. I hope she comes through okay. My stepmom is a breast cancer survivor.
