Drinking from a firehose

I had some bloodwork done earlier and the neurologist ordered more (not that I have clue what specific tests he ordered). As for thyroid, until you mentioned it I'd completely forgotten I'd taken a series of screening exams at my doctor's office. Thyroid was one of the things checked (as were carotid artery, ultrasound screening for abdominal aortic aneurysm, heart screening, and LV muscle function). Everything came back normal.
