I don't know anything about TinEye, but part of the reason I didn't link to the original is that it is an animated gif (and each frame contains a different person).
I do have an off-topic question for you, though - where did you get (or did you make your own?) the "ribbon"-like accent on this piece? I've been looking for something that emulates the thinner present ribbon that you can curl using scissors, but I could theoretically use something like what you've used with the faded oranges, here.
Drat! I wish you did know. Does he look like anyone to you?
As for the ribbon, you mean the ric-rac ribbon, right, not the black bar? I got it from one of the daily downloads at http://www.divinedigital.com/. Ric-rac seems to be popular among digital scrapbookers and that's all this is, with a drop shadow thrown in for good measure.
I'm pretty good at ferreting out pics though; if you point me where you saw it originally I could take a look. :)
Oooh, thank you for the links! I found several things that I think can add to my current project, and if all else fails, a couple of tutorials on how to make my own ribbon/ricrac/tinsel. Wonderful!

I cropped down to just the image, and TinEye had nothing. I'd have done the original image but you didn't link to it.

If you want some you can recolor, try here: http://www.digitalscrapbookfaves.com/cu-ok-real-ric-rac-18162.htm
