Y'all know I don't cook, right? Well, when we were at Walmart picking up lunch from the deli section, I spotted the fresh corn and thought it looked really good. So I bought some. I couldn't remember how long to nuke it for, so I had to google for instructions. And found this page on Cooks.com: http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1850,158185-243196,00.html. It said to microwave the corn with the husks still on and although I found the peeling part to be a bit painful (the corn was darn hot and I foolishly didn't want to dirty a bar towel), it turned out wonderfully. I also recommend a mix of lemon juice, butter, and Montreal grilling mix/salt to top it. Yum.

Also a new experience, watching Bridezillas Where Are They Now? 2.0. I'd never seen Bridezillas before and, good grief, what is wrong with these women? How on earth can they possibly think behaving badly in front of television cameras could ever be a good idea?
