Gingerbread Kits

I mentioned assembling a Gingerbread House and Gingerbread Christmas Tree with my godson, Ian. This marked my first experience with using a pastry bag. I'm not good at it as you can tell from the pictures. Ian's great at making little scallops, but he bores quickly and lost interest in the project before his tree was completely decorated.
