ZebraCon and craft finish

ZebraCon 18 takes place next weekend in Rosemont, Illinois. I'll be there, lamenting that this is the final Z'con but thankful that I have an opportunity to meet so many of the women I've met on line in my various fandoms.

After sending in my registration, I started wondering how I'd be able to put screen and pen names to faces, as well as the corollary, how folks would know I'm me. As I pondered, I noticed that my mental image for people I've met online is their userpic -- so I decided to cross stitch my default userpic and wear it during the con.
