On LJ I've lately been seeing apostrophes in subject lines of comments turn into un-rendered numerical character entities on followups. Just wondering whether the problem is specific to the current version of the LJ code, or exists on DW as well.

I did your poll, but I have to admit that I almost never use Dreamwidth. Too lazy. I have enough to do with LJ these days. =>}
