I finished the hat referenced on this week's scrapbook page during my online crafting meeting the following morning, but didn't get the photo taken until yesterday which also meant its page couldn't be finished until then. I'm pleased with the hat, which will be given to my knitting guild's charity coordinator when she returns from her winter trip to Florida. She stays a goodly while, so that may not be until March. No matter, it isn't as if hats spoil.
I've also made a tiny bit of progress on the next cat bed, but so much for making one bed per week unless I somehow manage to squeeze in a lot of crafting time between now and next Wednesday.
Monday was my boss' first day back at work. My work picked up a little, but not as much as I anticipated. On the other hand I thought I should start deleting work files from my laptop and that is taking far longer than I anticipated as I must examine each one to determine if I need to keep it. The official copies are safe at the office or on the NAS, so mine are things I need only temporarily. When calls and email are coming in fast and heavy, I don't have time to keep track of what's what and immediately delete them when I'm done with my part.
Tuesday was a lot like Monday plus Ingress Double Points on Recharges from 1600 hours to 2100, so I lost some time toward that as well. And the 20 minutes I spent on my weekly phone call with my friend Gini.
The last thing I want to mention is that I'm huge fan of Shannon Makes on YouTube and I managed to watch what I think is her most recent video. She is a circus performer and was in Germany for the Christmas Season, performing with her partner and crafting (and reading) in her spare time. I think she's delightful and recommend checking her out below:
