Drinking from a firehose

I'm sorry to hear about the book. There's nothing worse than spending money on a book and then having it suck.

I have been doing really cheapie Kindle things of late, because I'm trying to save to have the wheel bearings replaced on the Subaru. I figure this is one small bit saved, and I'm also setting aside some larger amounts for that. UGH.

But the silly Kindle things I'm reading have been fun. If I don't pay much, I'm fine with the thing not being perfect. So I've been reading Steven Higgs' THE BLUE MOON PARANORMAL INVESTIGATION AGENCY. (Or something to that effect.) It's entertaining and I got a set of the books for like $3.99 (10 books), so it's been worth the money.
