This, I think, will be another week with little commentary. I feel like I'm getting the hang of working for Ariza Resource Center, and I'm glad to be reading actual books again. Not that I can leave my fanfic addiction, of course. I'm reading both.
Crochet time has not been great this week. Yesterday was crazy with phone calls and Monday I spent much of the day in my home office (rather than on the couch with my laptop). I'm trying to catch up on paying bills and dealing with paperwork. If all goes well, I will return to my home office later this afternoon and see about reconciling accounts. I started on one then discovered I needed to reconcile two others first. And I had a mysterious credit that I just could not remember or make any sense out of. I may have identified where it came from but I'll need to dig through other paperwork to see if the numbers match.
Saturday's picnic was quite enjoyable. I am not normally a fan of eating outdoors, but the temperature was just right, I love the sound of waterfalls, and there were no bugs. And Polish food, yum! I had a few pirogi, lots of sauerkraut, and breaded chicken. Jebra had some sort of sausage, pirogi, and something else I can't remember. We brought home the bread we'd gone there to buy along with the biggest pretzel I've ever seen and day-old Pączki. Although I thought about our diabetes, thinking did not prevent us from eating the Pączki and splitting the pretzel as our dinner. My blood was fine when I tested the next morning, so I wasn't worried about me, but Jebra didn't test and (although I'm not sure there are actual degrees), he's more diabetic than I am.

The fountains sound nice. I like the sound of water.
