I'm very glad to hear you like the new job and the woman training you! YAY!

I can't believe the weather this year. Today we had heavy rains and tornado warnings. (sigh)

I can't remember a year with so little snow. At my old job we never signed a plowing contract (since by the time that arrived we had no paid employees and wouldn't need it) and I was concerned for what that would mean when the snow came. As it turns out, it didn't matter one whit.

Meanwhile, I am so excited to hear your second book is almost ready for publication and you're starting the third. Let us know when it's ready for purchase as I am going to buy them!
