The insert on today's page is the book we're currently listening to when we're in the car together. That's another change since we used to go to and from work together every day. I stayed home yesterday and will do so again tomorrow. The book, by the way, has a fantastic reader and we're enjoying the heck out of it.

The job search is not going well and the only thing stopping me from pulling out my hair is that my hair is too short to pull effectively. What I really want is to retire and stay home, or work an easy job near Jebra since I pretty much need him to get to and from the car when it's slippery outside and since I don't actually have a car of my own. Nor do I really want one. I want to stay home and knit and watch crime shows.

I don't blame you one bit. I've been thinking about going back, but I'm not sure how that's going to work. Once I move I'll have to see. I have a book that's about how to make money from your hobbies. I need to read that,

I am very much liking semi-retirement. Can't afford to fully retire. (sigh) Such is life.
