Today's actual scrapbook page gives a pretty good rundown of my week and I'm having difficulty thinking of anything to add. Well, I did finish a cat bed over the weekend, and I finished knitting a hat during last night's Zoom with the knitting guild. And I rather look like I had a stroke thanks to yesterday's tooth extraction. The spot where the tooth came out doesn't hurt but the left side of my upper lip sure does. I think the doctor had to put a whole lot of force against it while he was pulling out the roots. It took drilling and multiple changes in forceps to get those bad boys out. I have a week of antibiotics and five months of healing to go before I can get an implant and a new crown.
Yesterday we finished the third book in the Murderbot Diaries. I really cannot recommend that more series more highly. Thanks again

I'm also enjoying the CSI reboot although the best parts remain seeing Grissom and Sara Sidle again. Seeing them onscreen for the first time reminded me of going to see the first Star Trek movie and the utter delight it was to see beloved characters again. At any rate, the new medical examiner is my favorite amongst the new cast. I don't object to any of the new characters which is a win but I haven't decided if I'm going to keep watching once Grissom and Sidle return to their life outside of Las Vegas. I'm hoping I get hooked though as it would be nice to be watching something fictional again. Well, besides Father Brown and Midsomer Murders.
