Drinking from a firehose

I can totally relate to the feeling like it always too much to do. I struggle with that daily and I *know* I have it tons easier than millions of people. The feeling from the inside is just so powerful. The intellectual knowledge that other folks are struggling is there but it doesn't feel the same as what we feel on the inside.
