I mailed it 2 weeks ago. It was sent regular parcel post, but I would have thought it would be there. It's a large padded envelope so it might be easy to spot, but no need to cause a landside tonight. Like I said it was just some odds and ends that I thought you might like.

After all the times you have made me smile, I'm glad I could make you squee. ;-)

Oh fie. I searched yesterday morning, up until the landslide began. I didn't see any packages though and I excavated reasonably far down. If I have my way, we'll stay home on Sunday and I'll feel up to tackling clearing off the table. It's a huge job. Not to mention the last time I cleared it (in June or July, I think), it stayed that way for less than a week.

Photo below, for the brave.

Guess what I found between the house and screen doors when we got home from work? Your package! I haven't opened it yet though -- I'm leaning in favor of waiting since that way I'll have something to open on Christmas Day.

The other thing stuck between the doors was a license plate for our car -- which is extremely odd, as we replaced the plate back in September. I know the one we tried to mail order went missing, but [livejournal.com profile] jebra looked at the new one and assures me based on the plate number, it wasn't issued until sometime after the one we now have.

So this one took longer than the one I mailed to Canada the same day, weird.

Also extra plates? Your state isn't perfect either. Texas makes you replace your plates ever 7 years even if the old ones are perfectly fine.

As for opening it - when is up to you, sweetie.

Your table

looks a lot like ours. There is enough room at one end for the cats to sit to yell for kitty treats.

I'm putting in for early leave tonight so maybe if I get it I could work on ours a little. It might be nice to eat Christmas dinner at a table for a change.
