I'm quite pleased with him, particularly since he's the first bear I've ever made. I'd say toy, but there were all those catnip fish and mice a few years back...

Anyway, now I'm geeked up and eager to start on his sister. I have yarn but not a single stitch cast on. No time for that tonight either, as tonight's the knitting guild meeting and we have a guest speaker.

Seeing as I'm still celebrating, you're right on time. Most of my actual birthday was tied up with band stuff. My husband is the Farmington Community Band's equipment manager as well as one of their musicians and my birthday coincided with the Motor City Festival of Bands.

Anyway, thanks for the well wishes and for showing me the picture because it made me giggle. *hugs*
