Morning silliness

This morning I bound off the cape I'm making for my niece's daughter. It represents a total of two average days of knitting and three marathon days -- I spent the entirety of the FCB Valentines Day dinner dance knitting, knit before Renniekin's wedding and during the reception, and again on Sunday, after brunch, during the first four episodes of Red Dwarf, during the ride home, and until I went to bed.

So, as I was saying, I bound off the cape this morning, and thought back to Friday when Jean told me I knit really fast. I think I knit reasonably quickly, but not *fast*. And thus I had this conversation in my head:

Me: "I'm not sure whether this is proof I knit fast or proof I'm insane."

Me in Jebra's voice: "What do you mean or?

Me, out loud: "Thanks a lot, Jebra!"

Jebra: "What?!?"

Me: "I'm not sure whether this is proof I knit fast or proof I'm insane."

In unison: "What do you mean or?
