How we spent Thanksgiving Weekend

This is how we spent our weekend. The husband (that's him in the middle) and I went over to Ionia to spend the long weekend with my mom (that's her on the right). On the left is my nephew Travis. You can see my laptop in the foreground (but not me, as I am behind the couch taking the photo).

We had a very relaxing weekend, playing on our laptops and listening to music, or, in the case of Saturday, playing on our laptops and watching Mythbusters. Saturday my brother Roberts also came over with his new laptop. We're just that kind of family...

It was a great weekend, but when you put out the call for cookie baking helpers, I was sorely tempted. :-)

Next time! I had fun with my little cookie day, I'm sure I'll do it again someday, although probably not in December - the rest of the month is pretty booked up. (I want to make the chocolate ones again - they were my favorite.)

Sounds good to me. Looking at our schedule, December is full. Maybe the middle of January? Or February? Or will you be busy doing Valentine's chocolates then?
