We spent two nights at an Austrian hotel on Lake Superior this summer as part of our 35th celebration. We went out to the local chocolaterie for lunch today and ordered in tonight, since all of the really nice restaurants in our area seem to be closed on Mondays.

We had a very nice bottle of Henkel Trokken tonight. It's the champagne-like German wine we had at our wedding. Tasty.
