Project 52

(If the image refuses to load, you should be able to see it in a new tab by clicking here.)

Not a heck of a lot to report this week. My mom's doing well, according to her doctor, but she's still sleeping an awful lot and neither she nor her doctor know why. My sister KC is healing well and should soon be working again. No news on anyone else in my family; everyone in [personal profile] jebra's is likewise fine.

Last night was an in-person (and outdoors) Guild meeting, the last one of our summer camp. I turned in my three finished hats and worked on the Beach Hat that is destined for Gilda's Club. So far I am finding it an enjoyable knit, and hope that trend continues as I have some yarn that I could use to make more. I bought the stuff years ago, knit a market bag and then couldn't figure out what to do with the rest.

I'm glad your sister is doing well.

I hope your mother continues to be all right despite the sleeping.

I am grooving on making hats. Today I finished the Beach Hat I started Monday night and immediately cast on a child's hat with the yarn I had left over from the Three Comfy Hats. It was a near thing -- I had about four inches of yarn left when I cast off.
